In 2016 my nervous system collapsed leaving me quite ill for several years without an official diagnosis until 2019 of Fibromyalgia. The medication I was prescribed was not helping with the areas I was feeling pain and affecting other parts of my body unnecessarily, I knew I didn’t want to be reliant on pharmaceuticals especially since they don't treat the actual problem.
I explored Energy Medicine by Donna Eden, Distance Reiki, In-person Reiki, a brilliant Shaman, Sound Therapy, Meditation, Yoga and Acupuncture and being in nature to help myself. It's been a work in progress and I feel so much better today than I did when it initially happened. I am very grateful! Studying energy and Reiki has been a natural progression for me. I feel aligned, motivated, inspired and confident I can make a positive impact in people's lives. as I have done for myself.
Through the Canadian School Of Naturotherapies and Spiritual Development, I have received certifications for both Reiki I and Reiki II. I am currently working on my Master certificate. I hold a certificate in Applied Kinesiology. I've studied the Chakras, The Living Matrix and Earth Resonance with great detail. I've completed a Qi Gong For Energy Workers course, Be In Your Heart training and a Counselling Fundamentals course.
